User Provided Information
The features offered by the Skill require secure linking to an Analytics account in order to accomplish its primary functions of reporting website traffic data. When you enable the Skill, you will be directed to the page at https://webanalytics.onlineimpactgroup.com, where you will be asked to link your Analytics account.
This linking is accomplished through the secure Google account API which does not allow us the developer, Online Impact Group, to obtain any personally identifying information.
Automatically Collected Information
The Skill will collect the website address associated with the Analytics profile you choose during the Skill enabling process. This website address is used by the Skill to provide additional information related to website traffic and performance.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Skill?
Online Impact Group does not share any of the information obtained by the Skill.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop at any time all access to the Analytics data linked to the Skill by visiting https://webanalytics.onlineimpactgroup.com and clicking the 'Remove' button.
You can also request to opt-out via email to contact@onlineimpactgroup.com
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided Information for as long as you use the Skill. and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected Information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.
If you’d like us to delete User Provided Information that you have provided via the Skill enabling process, please contact us via email at contact@onlineimpactgroup.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at contact@onlineimpactgroup.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.
For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.
